So this *is* your last year, or was last year your last year and now you can finally drive to work laughing at all those poor students slogging toward class?

Unfortunately I am somewhere in between. This will be my last year (unless I look into the Masters program which looks promising compared to the current job market), however I am still driving to work on Tues. and Thurs. and the weekends. I see myself scoffing at those poor freshman walking around campus tomorrow morning; all lost in their newly pressed shirts, they remind me of students first walking into kindergarten on the first day, pretty funny. :) Nick Parker

I see myself scoffing at those poor freshman walking around campus tomorrow morning; all lost in their newly pressed shirts Heh, that reminds me of when I was at UCLA. I worked in the research library, and on the first day of every quarter, I'd get there a little before opening time to see a mass of students outside waiting for it to open. I, however, would just stride in, say hi to the security guard, and go in to work. I got some pretty funny (meaning humourous to me) looks doing that. --Mike-- Just released - RightClick-Encrypt v1.4 - Adds fast & easy file encryption to Explorer My really out-of-date homepage Sonork-100.19012 Acid_Helm

I'm really waiting for to go back to uni next week even though my summer job was really great! There are still so many interesting courses to attend to. I've studied a couple of years and still have about couple of years left. Here in Finland there's no Bachelors degree if you study in University of Technology, but you have to study all the way to Masters degree. -Janetta

Don't bother with a bachelors.. go striaght for the Masters is a far better idea. Regardz Colin J Davies

You are the intrepid one, always willing to leap into the fray! A serious character flaw, I might add, but entertaining. Said by Roger Wright about me.

Are you feeling a touch of Senioritis yet? That point where you realize that soon you're going to have to go out and do this for a living, and suddenly graduation doesn't look all that appealing... That's when you start fantasizing about all the great things you could do with two degrees, or a double-major - or even a completely different field of study. I ran across a buddy in my fourth or fifth year of engineering, sitting peacefully on a hilltop admiring the grass, and contemplating his options. He was a better student than I, and a bit ahead of me in his studies, but he suddenly realized that his heart wasn't in it. That day was the last I saw of Andy. I heard later that he dropped out, took up Real Estate sales, and lived happily ever after... Another, Mike, I last spotted lurking about the women's dorm. Last time I heard from him, he was doing custom woodwork on yachts at Dana Point. Both had far better incomes than I ever dreamed of at last report. I wish them well, but I wonder what I might have done differently... This Signature is Temporarily Out of Order
