Pacifying an American Lady

I am from England working in the USA. I have a lovely American lady here at work who tries to hurl insults at me every now and then for apparently no reason. Obviously, her insults are laughable as she can't quite get the pronunciation right. I have a suspicion that she is looking for some insults. Can someone suggest me how to put her on the right track?

I would have thought calling her a 'skank ho' or a '$2 crack ho' or 'trailer trash' would be enough ... 'g'
