how can i launch contact, Calendar, Tasks in pocket pc using VB .Net

These are all items that can be done by starting a process with the Process class. Take a look at the start[^] method. Contacts are a part of the pocket outlook application. if you start "\windows\poutlook.exe" with the argument "contact" it open the contact list. See this XDA Developer thread[^] for a list of other items that can be started in this manner.
