Your rant does not become you. The vast majority of people, on both sides, want peace. Only a lunatic would welcome war and bloodshed and therein lies the root of the problem: lunatics have taken over in Gaza (and many other places) and are pushing and nudging to get what they think is theirs. At some point they're going to get pushed back: you cannot seriosuly expect a nation to turn a blind eye to daily rocket and mortar attacks and they may be relatively simple, crude weapons but they still kill innocent people just as dead. Unless adn until Hamas is neutered the violence will continue: Israel have the right (and the duty) to protect its citizens from a ceaseless barrage (3000 in the last few years). Israel has ofered peace and been rebuffed at every turn. Hamas does not want peace: its single avowed goal is the detsruction of Israel. Waht would you suggest Israel do in the face of that? Leave? Give in? Subject the population to a continual tirade of terror? The bottom line is that Israel is at the fornt line of the war against terror. If Hamas and the like succeeded in theri desire do you honestly belive they will stop there? Do you not think that somehow, amongst the millions of mulsims (mostly peaceful and law abiding) that have chosen to livei in the west there are not a percentage who will do whatver they can to disrupt our lives, as they have already done? You are free to believe whatever you want: doesn't make it true.

Bull. If the public rejected violence and wanted to live together in peace and love they would do so and overrule the miinority.

Settlers. Hmm, they sure are peacefull. Mind you, the mere existance of ISrael is an affront to the Arabs.

There is no utopia. Whatever the people want they are overruled and cowed by, in the case of Gaza, Hamas. These were the same poeple that, when they took control, threw Fatah policemen off of roofs or executed anyone they didn't like and now rule with an iron fist. It's pretty hard to stand up to that in a climate of fear and is the same reason why the Iraqi people didn't stand up to Saddam Hussein and why the general populace in Zimababwe are powerless to overcome Mugabe.

A tiny minority of mindless zealots that Israel dealt with by forcibly removing them from Gaza. Tey and see past your prejudice and think how you'd feel if you were, for instance, a child living Sderot. When the alarm goes you have 15 seconds to reach shelter before the rockets fall. You really believe that can go unanswered, year after year?

And why the French and British, and Americans revolted? It can be done. Not to do so is to suffer.

Different mind set, circumstances and context. Also, perhaps, the population under the control of Hamas is happy with Hamas and agrees with them therefore what is there to revolt about?

Suffering is contextual.

Exactafuckingmundo. As are the Israeils happy with the doings of the IDF. So you have stalemenat and bloodshed. So stop complaining and accept that the world is full of assholes trying to kill other assholes for some ideology or land or whatever.

Again, you are not applying context.

I agree the world is full of arseholes but they don't all want to kill me and, if they do, then I believe I have the right to make sure they can't.

It is. Any spread of any rumor is fitnah. Islam never sanctioned any underhanded form of warfare. Look to the Prophet Mohammed's teachings and look to the Qur'an for proof and then come back and to talk to me like you know something.

He is referring to your general attitude. Look up the meaning of Fitnah[^]. It means spreading hatred and division. That's what you do most of the time isn't it ? In view of your confirmation as a Fitnifier, I hereby bestow on you the highest civilian award in Pakistan Jahil-e-Fitnah.

More than helpful. I just wanted to say that you are really having a positive effect on my opinion of Islam and Muslims in general. I've had an extraordinarily low opinion of both ever since 9-11, and you're changing that.

I don't believe it. Hezbollah has no interest to do so, on the contrary. I would rather bet on people from the Hamas.

Yeah, why would any non-Hamas Arab shoot stuff at Israel? They all love Israel, right? I guess you'll REALLY be shocked with what Iran does when they get their nuclear program together.

Your claims that Hizbullah has joined in when even they haven't even mentioned that they launched such an attack. Anything that is not truth and can spread between the people is certainly a rumor in my book and in any book. It gets compounded when the intent behind it is certainly not noble. Get your facts straight.

Good to know :) Its not that I'm actually trying to change people's opinions. I am who I am and I'm the type that doesn't carry with mass stereotypes and I certainly can't stand people who spoil it for the rest. There's more than a billion Muslims and a pathetic fraction of them are making it hell for the rest. I can't stand that.
