I saw that on the page for the silicon ones that Dave Dalek recommended. I do not know a single person who replaces them this frequently. My SO has done this once in the 6 years that I have been with her and I know my parents do not do this as much as me. Either way the blades streaking after 90 days is not right to me. I should have returned them to the store for a refund.
Try taking them off the car and cleaning them off. Something has probably attached itself to the blade and is causing it to streak. The only time you should have to rplace a wiper blade is if the rubber part becomes physically damaged or isn't flexible any longer.

Last year in July I new my blades needed replaced before inspection so instead of having to pay my Ford dealer $13.50 per bade ( I need 3 ) for the ~$4.00 Anco blades that they install I went to the auto parts store and decided to try upgrading to $9.00 bosh wiper blades so that I would not have to replace them every 2 years. Three months passed and when I took my car to Firestone to get my oil changed they told me my blades needed replaced. I told them they were less than 90 days old so there was no way I was paying them $30 to replace them. But 3 months later (and 70F colder) I can see that they are not working well and at times not working at all. So instead of making this mistake again I thought I would ask for recommendations here. Note: I live in Pittsburgh where the temp can be 0F in the winter and 95F in the summer.

My experience is that a set of blades typically last about six months: either spring/summer or fall/winter. Too many seasonal transitions seem to do them in. I try to replace them at the beginning of spring and fall. My other observation is that performance during that six months depends on how much you spent. The more money, the better the blades behave (less squealing and streaking). The $5 refills don't do nearly as well as the $15-$20 blade replacements. If your blades are spring-loaded, flip them up before it freezes them to the windshield. Not only is it less annoying when you clean the windshield off, it seems to reduce wear from dislodging them when they're frozen down.

I use whatever the parts store has in stock and change them when they need changing. That's usually about a year span, since they tend to crack in winter and melt to the glass in summer. The ones the manufacturer sells are crap - most split along the metal spine and risk scratching the windshield, so it definitely is not a good idea to buy them at a dealership. Go for cheap, replace them often, and do make a point of keeping them clean between changes. That helps to keep them from sticking to the glass and tearing when switched on.

I've used Bosch in the past and kept them on the car for years - on my last car, I changed from the rubbish OEM ones to Bosch when I bought the car and they were still on it and working fine three years later when I sold the car. My current car, a Vauxhall Astra (Vauxhall == GM, you don't get the Astra in the US) came with 'flatblade' wipers[^] that work very well. They'll have been on the car 2 years in April and they're still fine.
The US got the Astra last year (or year before?) as the Saturn Astra. Finally, sensible, good looking cars are being sold under US brands.

I was not totally bothered by the streaking (I know that will fail inspection though) but last night I had to use the washer to clear the rock salt / dirt off the windshield and the wiper left a 1 foot wide area (dead center with my eyes) that it missed completely which made for difficult driving since there was no place to pull off the road/ramps for at least a mile or 2. Yesterday, there was no ice or snow on the wipers so I do not have an explanation. Now today it looks like I will be clearing snow...

The US got the Astra last year (or year before?) as the Saturn Astra. Finally, sensible, good looking cars are being sold under US brands.
