So has anyone come across any real "boners" in Windows 7? I know it is still in beta but this one made me chuckle (sorry, I don't remember the exact wording): Windows cannot shut down because it is waiting for a process to end. Process: **Explorer.exe** Action: **Playing "logoff.wav"**

That seems to be there for debug purposes. Windows would normally just terminate the process after certain amount of time I believe.

I've been using windows 7 for about a week, in fact i'm in it right now. I've noticed no bugs yet, and it runs quite fast on my comp. Haven't got anything yet...

The only real problems I've had so far are; (I'm running 64 bit) Acronis Home 11 will not install DO NOT try to install MagicDisc. It installs itself on startup and hangs and its a bi&&h to get rid of. Had to go into Safe mode Console and run uninstall. Other than that I'm more than satisfied! Mike

the original logoff.wav file must have been replaced by "The Funeral March" [^]
