200 years? Until Teleportation is common? Until he evolves into a less annoying person?

Yes he does annoy (an sometimes offend) with his antics however, to his benefit, his posts do tend to generate substantial traffic and discussion.

A long trail of successive "You're a *liar*" alternating with "No I'm not" really isn't very interesting "traffic" or discussion.

I'm no fan of he whose name should not be mentioned. But even those who have criminal convictions are able to be rehabilitated. So the question for the CP members is... So how long should his period of rehabilitation be?

Yes, and I do not approve of the death penalty but I suppose it has its purpose. But that's for another discussion. However, it is sad to see that every post of his in now automatically removed almost before he's had chance to refresh the page. That tells me that some CP members are perhaps being a little too vindictive.

Count me among them. Chris has provided me with a way of not only telling him to STFU, but to make him STFU. The world is a better place. (btw: I saw both posts he made in their original form, it was more of the same old same old.) FWIW, when Adnan posted about about Cricket, I did not vote to delete his post and when, later, I noticed that some folks seemed to be going that way, I balanced as best I could. On the other hand, if he were to post another round of his joyous counting of American or Indian dead, I would not hesitate to be one of those who consigned his post to oblivion. I suppose if Troy were to suddenly turn over a new leaf and attempt to engage in real discussions I would reconsider my antipathy towards him. To tell the truth, I cannot imagine him doing so.

Other than the fact that "antics" more accurately describes the behaviors of "the community," I too long ago noticed that you kiddies *need* me.

From *his* response, his rehabilitation looks like it could be a protracted affair. So, no more questions from me on this very subject.

As much as you annoy the CP members with your unnecessary antics, I am of the opinion that your views and observations should be heard. So if you remove permanently those unnecessary antics from your postings the CP members may indeed welcome you back. Apparently, the ball is in your court.

A view and/or observation on a story and/or related posting from a CP member is not the same as an unproductive and unnecessary antic such as name calling.
