Not 100% sure why. There are multiple positions available. They may be allowing for the differences in rates for varying levels of skill. And, we're also looking at contractors. Might have something to do with that. I'm not in HR, and never studied HR, even though I'm doing a lot of interviewing at the moment. However, we do pay competitively in regard to market rates. Dang, I may have to apply! At least two of those positions I'm qualified to fill, except for the Australian citizenship requirement. What's involved in acquiring that for a US citizen? I had a US Secret clearance from '78 to '92, so that shouldn't be a problem... Looks interesting! This Signature is Temporarily Out of Order
