So I was just playing around with the Internet Archive Wayback Machine to check out how my companies website looked back in the day (not good by the way, it took a giant leap forward when I was hired  ) and I thought while I was there I'd take a look at code project. So here is the oldest one they have February 29, 2000 codeproject[^] I see Chris was here and had the article of the week ;) . I especially like the survey at the bottom, "Should microsoft make windows open source?", I wonder if they ever did.... I see now that there are 5,865,889 5,865,890 5,865,891 members on here, I wonder how many of you guys were here when there was only 49,085 members??? September 21, 2002 codeproject[^] I see that leppie was and had a top rated article...congrats on that (may be a little late but it's a whole time zone difference thing and all).

"The computer industry is the only industry that is more fashion-driven than women's fashion. Maybe I'm an idiot, but I have no idea what anyone is talking about. What is it? It's complete gibberish. It's insane. When is this idiocy going to stop?" -- Oracle CEO Larry Ellison

I was in school back then. So do not count me.

The word "politics" describes the process so well: "Poli" in Latin meaning "many" and "tics" meaning "bloodsucking creatures." जय हिंद
