The first 675 pages are completely struck out text. Somehow that does not give me any confidence that our legislators have any clue what they are doing, or any real plan. Well, to be fair to me, I haven't had experience with Indian politicians. To be fair to all politicians, they are all bastard, greedy, selfish fucks to one degree or another.
