The first 675 pages are completely struck out text. Somehow that does not give me any confidence that our legislators have any clue what they are doing, or any real plan. It seem sto go: Blah, blah, spend money, spend more money...p675 uh, strike that, spend even more money, spend yet more money...p1434.
