    Just read that comic book online and I'm curious if what the Chameleon said is true. He said that if he got sworn in as Obama, then he would have remained president even if it was revealed who he was. Is that true?

      No, the deciding moment in determining who becomes president is the vote of the electoral college, not the ceremony.
