Need ------- Rx4Defs2.14.exe --------- Application

Hi All. The problem I am facing with my symantic Antivirus us that The Auto Enable feature is turned off and was not able to find a permanent solution. Searched the net and other blogs for the same and came through a solution to that ---- Rx4Defs2.14.exe But unable to find it even in Symantic Store. Can anyone help me in getting this.. Thanks
