Hey, Just settling in for another post-midnight session and am tossing up between a baileys, a milo, or a banana smoothie. I was just vaguely wondering what you guys and girls sip/quaff/slurp while you're programming. I know that Jolt used to be de rigour, but I'm not so sure nowadays. cheers, Chris Maunder

Diet Barqs Root Beer! I now love the stuff...!    Of course, there is the coffee in the morning, and the vodka gimlet that I make for myself at night! :)    Peace! -=- James.

well, at my official job, it's bottled water. but at home, on my side stuff it's usually a beer (and usually a canadian one at that) - though last night it was scotch on the rocks. -c ------------------------------ Smaller Animals Software, Inc. http://www.smalleranimals.com

Coffee in the morning, water or tea in the afternoon, and wine, whisky, or beer at night. (And a big glass of chocolate milk before bed)

Lots of water during the day, but I usually start it off with a big heaping cup of caffeine (coffee, coke or mountain dew (not so much any more)). Have a good one, -Ben "Its funny when you stop doing things not because they’re wrong, but because you might get caught." - Unknown

A strong cup of coffee first thing in my (virtual) morning, followed by lots of water, a couple of Cokes, an evening cup of coffee, a couple more Cokes and some more water. /ravi "There is always one more bug..." http://www.ravib.com ravib@ravib.com

Lots and lots of water and Pepsi or Coke if our Pepsi fountain drinks run dry. Thank goodness my office is close to the bathroom. Wayne

Soft-drink wise, the only thing I drank last year was Mt. Dew. This year its root beer (A&W or Mug), Dr. Pepper, and Mt. Dew. I'm not a big fan of water though, so I substitute milk :-D James There are two secrets to success. 1) Never tell anyone everything you know.

I make my own "baileys", tastes the same, if not better, it's a little thicker with what I think is a better texture, and it's about 1/3 the price :) Senior Test Engineer GLI Australia www.gli.com.au
