Article Submission Problem

I am using Article submission wizard to update some portion of my article. The article when previewed, it shows properly, but when I submit, it says "There was an error processing your information. Please try again later" I dont know what is the bug in the wizard. Another minor bug is that, it places excessive number of tt tags in my article. I have removed most of them, but dont know what was the problem exactly with it.
