Good new, perhaps, if you're a whoremonger; not so good if you're a woman willing to allow yourself to be used by some whoremonger as his cheap slut. edit: PLOS: Male Circumcision for Prevention of HIV Transmission: What the New Data Mean for HIV Prevention in the United States[^] As I pointed out the other day, that crazy Aussie doctor badly and wildly over-stated the health benefits of circumcision with respect to AIDS (and other STDs). But, "wildly over-stated" is not quite the same as entirely false.
