Best place for UI discussion (Windows UI in particular)?

There are plenty of sites on the web dedicated to contemporary web design, but what about ones for contemporary UI design, specifically in Windows? Paul Thurrott's winsupersite.com is good for keeping up to date with Microsoft's own latest developments, but what about more general UI design issues? Is there anywhere (web-site, discussion forum, mailing-list, etc) out there that's considered to be as good for discussing and sharing UI ideas as places like codeproject are for the actual coding of them? Mal.

If it's any help, I've just found a mailing list for UI discussion. Details are at: http://www.uidesign.net/discussion/discussion.html I'd prefer a web forum, it's not geared towards Windows (or even GUI in general) and I don't know what sort of volume or quality of discussion to expect yet, but it might be worth looking into. Mal.
