The End of the Week Approaches

Tomorrow It is Grand National Day, Plus lots of Football, Rugby, F1 Quals, Cricket. Sunday is F1, and my local team, Luton Town, are playing in a Cup Final at Wembley. Oh Joy, think I, for even better than all this, my wife is away to Birmingham for the weekend with the girls from work. I have a few of the guys coming over to help me get through this extraordinary amount of beer I seem to be about to purchase!

Sounds good. I'm having a chill weekend - F1 qual, a few hours on the PS3 with my son, book the flying lessons I got bought for my birthday (woohoo!), then some assembly stuff I need to optimize for a PIC project I've just about completed. Sunday will be much the same except a break to cook the family dinner and sample some nice wines we have waiting to be consumed. Looking forward to it :-D

Saturday I'm off to London for the day to see if I can't get some decent photographs for one theme of a competition in September. Then Sunday is F1 and having a day off for once. I can't wait :-D
