    i'm using vb.net, and i need to know how to get the names of all the fields(columns), a mdb table contains, and display them in a listbox. hope someone can help....

      hi... You can use this query to get column names of the table SELECT COLUMN_NAME FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS WHERE TABLE_NAME = 'name of the table' with Rgrds Ageesh M.
