Hehe, I used to enjoy playing that game, only ever had the shareware version though :( Onto your question. You don't say which version of Jazz you have. The shareware version of Jazz that I have has its music in .psm files, which are Protracker Studio format. You can play and save them to disk in .wav format with ModPlug Player/Tracker[^].
