Only trouble is, executive order #10990 resestablishes the The Federal Safety Council in response to an order from Congress. It never mentions transportation, seaports or highways. FEMA was established by Jimmy Carter, approximately 16 years (and 2,000 executive orders) after Kennedy's death - and you find that a little odd???. It's called fact-checking. I recommend it. EO 10995 was revoked in 1971 EO 10997 was revoked in 1969 EO 10998 was revoked in 1969 EO 10999 was revoked in 1969 EO 11000 was revoked in 1969 And so on and so on and so on :zzz:
