      Have you never needed to set or unset checkboxes in a grid before?

        Someone approved that 'article'. :wtf: What's even more sillier is - people are voting it 1, instead of clicking the "Report" link and adding their comments on why they think it must be removed. Seriously though, what difference would 1 votes bring to that write-up? People need to learn to use the features of the site properly. :doh:

          As others have said, someone must have approved it. What I find strange though, is that there are 4 'My vote of 1' messages and yet only two 1 votes have been registered. :wtf:

            I have yes.. but an article usually contains a bit more text around it rather than two code snippets.. for a long time I have felt that this site requires a "Code Snippet" section or category, where these things could be put. Something that is valid but not quite enough to warrant being a full article.

                I just love this one:

                int j = int.Parse(Grid.Rows.Count.ToString());

                :-D

                    Agreed. But as you point out it's probably not one of the best contributions for that either. But then it is unedited isn't it...

                              ZZzttt - gone. Either Chris got annoyed or the author realised there can be a negative impact from a lousy article getting through. I notice there are a number of article that get 5 votes diuring the approval process that are just crap. These seem to be from India and Pakistan, it seems there are a couple of idiot gold members that give an automatic votes by country no matter what the content.
