Broken Downloads on Article

I'm not sure whether this is the appropriate forum, but I thought I'd rather post this before this author's ratings are off to a *really* bad start. Both downloads seem to be broken so one should probably unpublish it until the issue is fixed: WPF/xaml NotifyIcon and Taskbar popup window[^] Cheers, Philipp
