How much coffee or tea do you drink per day?

I think iced tea is ludicrous.

What's worse is putting warm milk in just about anything! Let's see, I drink gallons of iced tea and have no problems with VS or Macs. I wonder if there's a lesson here? :)

I drink about 1-2 cups of coffee, and 4 cups of tea per day. Big tall cups that is.
I drink one 16OZ zero carb Rockstar in the morning 240 mg of caffeine. About 3 8 oz cups of coffee. And one 20oz diet soda after lunch. About the same as one cup of coffee.
I didn't get any requirements for the signature

I start out the day with about 8 cups of coffee in the summer. (Actually it's about 4 regular coffee mugs, but the coffee maker says 8 cups.) In the winter I drink more. Then, after lunch, I usually drink about a gallon of iced tea in the summer. In the winter, there's more hot coffee and less cold tea. I used to worry about too much caffeine and my wife used on get my case, too, but awhile back she asked my urologist and he said he could find no real clinical evidence that coffee or tea was bad for you. Not getting enough fluids and getting dehydrated is a much worse problem for people who work long hours, so he says.

:omg: I remember my high school computer administrator would drink over a gallon of coffee a day. He told me it was as addictive as heroin.

2 cups of coffee typically. Occasionally, I'll have a cup of black or green tea.

You may be right. OTOH, I think a power user is someone who can do word processing in MS Paint, draw in Notepad, solve equations in PowerPoint ... and try to do PC programming on a Mac.

I have 1-litre thermos that needs to be filled every morning with fresh home brewed tea. That last any where between 11AM and 3PM depending on the mood and what is going on the day. The rest of day, I substitute pure cold water.

I drink about three cups a day any working day and two over weekends. I may substitute green tea over weekends, but I don't have time to make it while working so coffee it is. I don't realy care about being addicted, withdrawal symptoms are light and it's fairly easy.

Hi Christian, Where I grew up, in the south, in the US, in the 1950's, you would have been burned at the stake for that :) best, Bill
"Many : not conversant with mathematical studies, imagine that because it [the Analytical Engine] is to give results in numerical notation, its processes must consequently be arithmetical, numerical, rather than algebraical and analytical. This is an error. The engine can arrange and combine numerical quantities as if they were letters or any other general symbols; and it fact it might bring out its results in algebraical notation, were provisions made accordingly." 1 mint tea (large cup) + 1.5 litres of water. The latter is a drop of the "hard stuff": yes the water in this area is quite hard! The tea at work is abominable, the hot chocolate too sweet and I never have drunk coffee (there's a story there that's too long to relate here :-D ).

I drink 2-4 cups of green or white tea during working days (without sugar of course). I seldom drink tea when I am not working. When I work at home I drink 2 cups at the most, but stronger doses ;). Coffee is not my drink, I dislike taste and after effect; on rare occasions I drink cappuccino, and only chocolate flavored.
