Not at all. It's that the sort of interaction that happens here, only feeds your illness.

Yes, there are a lot of conspiracy nuts, and not all of them are mentally ill. But, they are all bound by other things, and knowledge is not one of them.

Did you check out some of Dr. Ron Paul's writings? Are you going to or are you just going to keep on going on like you do?

Pay attention: I wrote, "It's nothing new." Don't freak out. Write your representative if you want, or protest in the streets; whatever you think might help. But take a good look around before you do: chances are, there are much more effective means for Gov't to keep an eye on you already in place...

You brought it up as an example of something that would affect me, something i should find interesting. It won't, and i don't. I'm not saying i like it, any more than i liked finding out about the secret boxes they installed in phone exchanges a few years back... But trust me - if you're concerned about your privacy, then you need to re-adjust your focus. They don't need the NSA to watch you. Your friends, neighbors, and associates will do the job for them. They don't need to intercept your emails, phone calls, messages... You'll contact them directly, without even realizing it. They won't need a carefully-constructed mountain of evidence to convict you; you'll confess willingly. It's happening all around you, and has been for years...

Some of us have jobs. No, I've not read his writings in the past hour. What I want you to understand is that people have been talking about the imminent new world order for most of my life, and for well before that. Things like the 'Protocols of Zion' ( a book loved by conspiracy nuts, but also written by them, it's a forgery ), have been around for a long time.

I agree. I think that a Soapbox 1.0 (Chris has agreed to the name, by the way. I wanted to be sure he didn't find it off-putting) that would allow folks to freely express themselves while enforcing two rules: no trolls; and no-one allowed in until they've been active for the last six months - active means having posted or written articles or somehow made a contribution to the site, not just being registered) would end up being something that could be an advantage. Chris is putting the concept of read-all, write-members-only on his todo list. Do you think you could accept emails from this site for a couple of hours? I'd like to run a couple of things by you.

Educate yourself about what is going on, what their plans are, why they want what they want. Most of these people have "god complex", they are very sick, and also very intelligent. They want power, and lots of it. Power gives a feeling intoxication, the more power they have the better. The mechanisms are in place for them to exercise their power, but they want more. They want absolute power and they will start wars and destroy anything to get it. Imagine yourself on the brink of an orgasm, you don't stop, you keep going hard and stronger to get to it no matter what. That is kind of what it is like.

Oh but he expressed concerns about 9/11. He won't go so far as to say he is a "truther", but he certainly has concerns about the government's reports, (actions, and inactions (before and after)) regarding 9/11.

I've emailed you my email address. Actually, if you reply to me via email on cP, the only issue is that I never read that mailbox. I should set something up, I'm just too lazy/disorganised. And having all my CP replies to my gmail is just too hard to organise.

Chris told me something that I'd wondered about but hadn't had the sense to ask him if it were possible. Essentially he would let us create a group, accepting whichever members we would have in it who applied, that would have its own message board. The board could either be totally unaccessible to non-members or read-only for everyone who was not a member. This, it seems to me, would have some advantages: a familiar format (we'd just have to change '2605' and Chris, not me, would be the root admin for starters. We'd have to figure out a method for letting latecomers in, but I'd personally suggest that the initial membership be open to anyone who has been at CP for 6 months and who wasn't Ilion or CSS or that idiot who tried to dominate the lounge for awhile. I'm going to post this message on the new site, as well.

Wouldn't that essentially be something like a google/yahoo group? So why not sue those services and free CP of all the database space for the Soapbox.

This movie is bad ass, even better than Lord of the Rings. (A great film)[^]
