    Just logging into my work PC from home to check my emails to prepare myself for a "deluge" after having a few days on holiday.. havnt been arsed to turn the light on here at home and Sad it may seem but i have just realised i can type my password in to access the work vpn in total darkness, sign on to my pc and open my emails using the keyboard in total darkness...

                That is one whiney guy at that blog. You could always take math, language, or whatever as an elective. You just didn't have to. And he's wrong. I know guys who can't touch type who can produce like crazy. One does a funky four-finger typing technique.

                  No way I could ever do that... ...my vpn keyfob doesn't have an illuminated display. PS your monitor itself should put out enough light to illuminate the keyboard in front of it.

                    I know a blind guy who sharpens knives freehand. Gets 'em razor sharp too. When the stone's in my hand though, i appreciate having eyes...
