New headset

I'm looking for a new headset because the mic of my old one died a few days ago. Maybe due to a cable break from accidently rolling over it (many times :/ ) with my chair. Any recommendation for a wireless one? [edit] As I just read, there are headsets which refuse to work with certain programms. I would use it for teamspeak most of the time.

Don't use a headset/mic combo. Get a headset that sounds good. Get a mic that is clear. 2 separate pieces of hardware. The microphones built into most webcams for video conferencing are the best I've found. I use them daily for voice chat (games) as well as tele conferencing at work. it is absolutely amazing how clear webcam mics are. I currently use: Microsoft Lifechat LX-3000 headset (wired usb)..it has a mic built in but the mic sucks. headset sounds great though. Logitech - QuickCam Communicate MP Webcam
