If I decoded his geek speak properly, he lost a memory module for a camera. Tim Smith "Programmers are always surrounded by complexity; we can not avoid it... If our basic tool, the language in which we design and code our programs, is also complicated, the language itself becomes part of the problem rather that part of the solution." Tim was right - my brand, spanking new 128Mb CF card. It's winged it's way up to CF heaven. (or maybe I just sat on it too many times - who knows ;)) cheers, Chris Maunder

File a claim for damages, Chris! Those things are expensive, and a lot of companies will gladly replace articles damaged by their equipment rather than risk bad press. Word of the day: Rotundacrat
Extra Credit will be awarded for: Quasimobo...

That's horrible! They really should warn people not to bring them through the metal detectors. Just imagine if you're coming back from some great vacation and all your photos get zapped. That's worth a lot more that the price of the memory card. Cathy Life's uncertain, have dessert first!

Would that be the same camera that you've already admitted to playing basketball with? :-) Chistopher Duncan Author - The Career Programmer: Guerilla Tactics for an Imperfect World (Apress)
