Who's law is it? In a large data group certain numbers are more prevelent, ie 1 is 30.81% of the first digit, 3 is 14.3% ,9 is 1.2% etc. It also shows how books of tables, (Log books, or Phone books etc) are always more worn in the front and decreasingly so at the rear. It is called something like Bedner's Law or something like that, anyone remember what it is?
