HDD Serial in ASP.Net (using VB Code)

how can i get the server HDD Serial No in a web application when it runnin from a client Machine. and if that is impossible can you give me an idea please. regards,

Why you need the HDD Serial no of Client System ? And its has nothing to Do with ASP.NET

No ! its not impossible. You can do it using ActiveX Components :), but It will work only on IE :) Sorry for the last Answer. Yes you can read the Server Serial Number. Check the Link provided by Navaneeth. :)

Ok Thanks Guys i got it it was just a security options in the ISS
