I don't believe everything I read on Wikipedia[^], but it appears that any copy you find will not be what you're looking for, as it was a fictional publication for the Yellow Pages advertisment.

IIRC Yellow Pages did subsequently publish a book called 'Fly Fishing' ghostwritten under the name J.R.Hartley just so people could go into bookshops and ask for it . . . . . those wacky advertising guys!! Andy B
