Tools > Options > Security TAB > Custom Level. Note : ActiveX will work only on IE.

Thanks for reply, I have change the custom Level but again throwing same message Error"automation Server can't create object.

InertnetOptions -> Security -> LocalIntranet -> Customsettings -> Enable Initializeand script ActiveX controls ... Run ActiveX controls and ... By enabling these two will run activex controls on your page
