Hi Chris Its about time I thanked you and the guys for putting together a superb site. Some of the content has saved me time developing stuff, just one click and somebody has done the job, hence why I also like contributing to the site - you take, you give. My only wishes are: 1/ A download count against each file. 2/ More links to good resources and companies. 3/ Maybe a product review section. 4/ Oh and some more emoticons - I've got some ideas - teh hee But aside that, the whole damn site is great. So thanks out to Chris and the sponsers. Lets hope the quality and the content improve with age, rather like a mature scotch :) Regards Norm - UK Based Windows Developer. :rose:

The download count is a think I've wanted for ages. I was on the verge of implementing it using Dundas' FilterPlus but I think it best I stop adding new stuff till we (eventally, finally, one day!) move to .NET - then it will be so much easier to drop in cool stuff like that. Links - definitely. Got some cool ideas on making this easier. Product Review - I am happy to start this right now. All I need are the reviews. Emoticons - OK, OK - send em over! Thanks to everyone who has helped make CP what it is - especially those who write the articles, send in the bug fixes, and ppoint out my mistakes. Also a huge thanks to Erik Thompson and Mike Dunn for their effort over the last few weeks (I think Erik is still recovering :)) cheers, Chris Maunder

Hi, One more suggestion. How custom CodeProject for Individual users. Like changing the color of the Homepage, adding the content in the order user wants. (Like Yahoo's my.yahoo.com) Keep it up Brain Beaver

I have to agree with you Norm. I am not at the skill level of some of these folks that write articles (the obvious experts), but I have been able to take these ideas and expand my abilities through them. For this I will be forever in their debt...and you Chris gets the biggest slap-on-the-back for making this whole thing possible! I do want to say that I am no longer just a taker from the site, I have written about 5 or 6 articles myself. Some of the articles are from articles of codeproject which I combined to make a new project which proves that, if we combine the talents out there into one (Code)Project, then the outcome is a (Code)Project that NO ONE can touch...This Chris, I think is what you have done!!! Keep up the good work Chris. Also, when I say Chris, it is meant to all that work with him to make this happen! Thanks in advance, Dan
