I want to write a web application (application A) containing XML file . This web application will be invoked from an HTTP request (from another application - application B) . Application A should then send the XML file to Application B and return back to Application A with returned data . My first task is how do I create the XML - But I'm not sure how I go about doing it ??? using ASP.net???

my guess is you need to find a decent keyboard where you can type google.com. then read up whatever material you find from the interwebz just like the rest of us. most guys here would be happy to help out if they find you exerted some effort trying to help yourself first. the way you phrased your question, you've got a fair bit to go. the good news is, your english looks fine and would be quite useful for when you're doing your research as most resources are in english(at least that's what i think).
