How to get Free WebServices to Send SMS in ASP.net

Hi, This is from Chandrakanth. Actually i am looking for some free WebServices for sending SMS from ASP.Net Actually i have used on of the web service i.e "http:www.webservicex.net/SendSMS.asmx?WSDL" This is not working and also it is giving error message like "unable to Connect Remote Server "www.webservicex.net" Can any one tell me some free Webservice which is use full to send SMS Thanks and Regards Chandrakanth
