Dismemberment (removing arms and legs) just leaves your trunk (torso).

Man that's good going. I lost a load of weight last year. I guess I'm probably about the 108 mark at the moment but never going to be 80kg. Back in trainging to lose a few more, would like to settle at around 95 i guess. Good luck with the rest of the mission. Are you cutting back the calories or going on a serious exercise mission?

for my height (5'11 to 5'10) I should be around 80kg max. If I get below that...

Sounds like a good target. I'm about 6'3" so can carry a few more kg I guess. Initially my plan was to get the weight down to learn to skydive which I managed but unfortunately due to some seriously depressing work based BS and lack of another goal I've put about 10kg back on. Got a big run lined up for October so hopefully training for that will burn off more pounds. Strangely though I find it really hard to eat sensibly when I'm training because I just don't have time to prepare healthy meals and get out and run.
