The most practical vehicle would be a nuclear submarine (preferably a boomer). Why? 0) Because they run on nuclear fuel, meaning they can run for 5 years without refueling (or even surfacing). 1) Nobody would notice arrivals or departures as long as the submarine was submerged. 2) The ability to reach out and touch someone without being detected.

Just got the Back To The Future Trilogy and watched them today, just wondering out of all of you here, what sort of vehicle would you love to transform into a Time Machine to go adventuring through time?

Just got the Back To The Future Trilogy and watched them today, just wondering out of all of you here, what sort of vehicle would you love to transform into a Time Machine to go adventuring through time?
I re-watched the first last week :) , but couldn't get the kid to watch with me :( . My SUV already has a license plate frame that says, "Where we're going we don't need roads", so I'll pick that.

I think I would pick an SUV[^] too. Remember, with fueled vehicles fuel is a concern of access in the past or future so you really need a diesel so you can burn vegetable oil.
