At work, we use Sharepoint quite heavily and I've been heading up our efforts with Sharepoint. We have a custom list (just additional created columns) and we are looking to take a row/list entry and have it do some sort of email dump to the body of an email. Basically taking the main content place holder (on DispForm.aspx) and dumping that to an email. I have been scoping out Google to find an solution to email a list item and have not been coming up with to much, any recommendations?

Are you sending the email from the server or a workstation?

Sorry for your luck. :~ I can't help you there because I send all mail from a server.
