I agree the command lines look similar, but if you use a Windows spy, the two processes look fairly different (to me). I suspect it might be convergent evolution, or similar groups doing the command line design. TTFN - Kent

I always go Debian Testing for desktop. Reading the replies, I feel like a troglodyte. - Editor: neovim - Webbrowser: qutebrowser - Email: Thunderbird - Window manager: bspwm - Launcher and custom menus: jgmenu - Terminal: st - Sync: NextCloud Desktop - VPN: wireguard - a bunch of developer tools - other things But I'm tied to Windows at work in a walled garden setting, so WSL is the sad workaround there.

We can thank the EU for this change. This is nothing more than Microsoft trying to unbundle Teams from Microsoft (Office) 365.

Ugh. Well that's not pleasant. Seems like oversight though. Like they didn't have different keys and bungled that bundle as a result. Seems like if both (office/teams) just did more of the old school "enter your key" and had different keys for the two it would've worked out. That could be a big argument against them maybe... just having the single key. I imagine they didn't want to get away from the rest of the Office "bundle" and start introducing a key-per-product in the suite but it sure strengthens the case for it actually being "bundled" to begin with.
