    According to this CNN Article[^], we should be able to use wireless eletricity within an year. and here is a demo[^] for wireless electricity, cool. My power cord is almost worn out, I will just manage with it for one more year.

      Yea its been around for a while... 2007 CES had a mat where you could add devices on top of it and it would charge them.

        I can't wait til things like mice and keyboards and phones and other low power consumption devices charge by themselves. It'll like be the future.

              Tesla invented this a long time ago. It was suppressed because it would have been impossible to sell it at that time. I guess they know how to meter it now

                    Have you got an electric toothbrush? Most of those use a wireless charging system, since having exposed live parts in a bathroom isn't the best of ideas!
