I let my housemates (2 girls), talk me into dying my hair blue. It looks cool though. I stood my ground when they offered face packs. More drink is needed :beer:

I was hoping you would ask! :-D It is a Language called Polari[^]. The link has a word list. There was a series of comedy series from the 50's to the 70's featuring Kenneth Horne, the name changed but latterly it was called 'Beyond our Ken' and 'Round the Horne'. The scripts were absolutely full of innuendo and double entendres. Pure filth, if you got it, absolutely fine if you didn't. You'd enjoy it I think. Two of the regular characters were two out of work 'Chorus Boys' called Julian and Sandy who, being theatrical, used a lot of Polari, very camp, very, very rude and absolutely hilarious. (Marty Feldman (who you may have heard of) was one of the script writers) If you can get BBC iPlayer here[^] is a link to the show repeated today on BBC Radio 7. Whence came the reminder of 'Nanti Riah'.
