Without a better description of your problem it's impossible to offer any advice. What exactly do you mean by this? Is it something to do with your internet connection, its speed, your PC, ... ?

thank u very much for ur reply. first link : they use a third party library but they dont upload but in code they call the method. 2nd link: they also use third party dll but the wanna sell. i searching not that kind stupid help. would tell me any idea? i can download insecure pop mail.but i can not download secure pop mail like gmail's mail. plz help me. thanks in advance
