You can go to Codeplex.Com which offers numerous open sourced .net projects. I know there are few PHP based free software available but can't really remember their names. Regards Saanj

"same possibilities like share point." "open and save documenets" Please elaborate a bit....A file share can do that. Do mean document versioning?, meta data, work flow, etc.

You can also go for Alfreso which is similar like sharepoint.
