Whats the going consultant rate for business intellegence consultant SSRS, SSAS etc around the country right now.

Which country? It would be arrogant of me to post an answer about the rates in my country assuming you were here - so it would help if you actually clarified your post. Just because you've set your profile to say you're from the USA is no real indication that you actually are - lot's of people here, set their country to be somewhere other than they really are.
