Once in a while I go in Solution Explorer and press Ctrl+M, Ctrl+O. It works only in my dreams though.

I think ctrl+M normally collaps/decolapses your methode / region / ... (I have it set to another shortcut) ctrl+O opens a file? ;P

Ctrl M+O is shortcut for Collapse to Definitions. Other useful ole is Ctrl M+L = toggle all outlining. I use these all the time

switch to outlin mode. I'm using the shortcuts for "switch to outline" and "toggle current block" extensively for navigating large files now.
