Windows 7/Vista Cut/Copy/Paste file operations Coder or Team?

Does anyone know who wrote the logic behind the new Cut/Copy/Paste file operations in Windows 7/Vista from Microsoft? Do they have a blog or something? Is there any alternative software to use on these oses for these operations to move files.

Xplorer2 has its own "robust" cut/copy thingy (which, bless it with the joy of a million children, continues with the next file, if one operation fails).

Gee, what's the problem? Don't you have all day to spend on copying one or two small files? You know, the sort of thing that happened in the blink of an eye with previous revs of the OS, but now, for some inexplicable reason, takes (several orders of magnitude) more time? :mad: :rolleyes: ;P

Looks interesting, but it's hard to read with a straight face. 'Vista Improvements to File Copy', indeed. Many more improvements like that and we can throw all our boxes in a river somewhere and hand copy paper records. It'll be quicker. X|
