This would be a great time to upgrade to vb.net, as VB6 is a dead, non-supported language.

Not quite. I keep demanding the demise of VB6 but it just won't die, no matter how many stakes you drive through its heart! I just refuse to support anyone asking questions while they still use VB6. If we keep supporting it in the community, people and companies will just keep using it.

OK, seems fair. So we probably keep things as they are (I don't expect Chris to split a forum, it is hard), and we continue to answer questions, i.e. those who can remember how things got done (or not) in VB. :)

Oh I'm not saying that they should be locked out of CP. I just choose to not support VB6 anymore. I'm kind of going against the fact that there were a bunch of VB.NET MVP's that clamored to Microsoft to continue support for VB6 into Vista and beyond.
