Problem of adding malicious script tag in every page automatically

I have developrd a website in asp.net, When i uploded on server some malicious script tag added in my site. I removed and uploaded again but it added again after some time. Please suggest me to get rid of this issue.

Hi, Have you tried a upload action in a test page?? If not, you can have a try. I don't think any script tag will be added to your site with upload action, but if your pc got virus...anything will happen.
