I need to do a few PowerPoint presentations that I am going to convert into running movies for some quick kiosk type stuff and I need some free background music and sounds. Anyone here recommend a decent open-source type audio clip-art library that I can use? Looking for some music and sound effects in wave or MP3 format.

Take a recorder into any large mall. They wont dare admit what they play is intellectual property, so you won't get sued.

Look at Freesound, they have everything from loops to audio samples. You need an account, but I like their stuff.
