          Just while sending the email add an ID of the customer in the body of the email and retrieve the Id of the customer and add it to the database..!

          msg.body=YourBody+ "<a href="YourPage.aspx?ID=" + CustomerID + ">Confirm</a>"

          Retriving the ID in YourPage.aspx in load event

          int ID=Request.QueryString["ID"]

          add it to the database..!

              This one is bit tricky You Have to go for create a LinkId ..! and in the body of the email give the LinkId for each link..! Like href=""YourPage.aspx"+"Id="+CustomerID"+"LinkID="+LinkID; dependind upon the LinkId Query String You can Use..!
